Eliot Thorne has a love for all things nautical. A highly talented naval architect, he has worked across multiple disciplines within the marine industry, from production to engineering. He developed Leopard Catamarans in Cape Town, and he led the high-performance HH Catamaran’s engineering department in China. Extending his skillset, Eliot established Thorne Design, a primary reason the business has evolved as a market leader. Putting down roots on the south coast of the UK, he loves to indulge in plenty of sailing and kiteboarding in his free time.
British-born Tom Hemingway grew up in Dubai, becoming an avid multi-hull sailor and keenly participating in many UK sailing events today. Whilst working at Green Marine, his stand-out initiative and skills were seconded to Vitters Shipyard, assisting in developing their latest iconic J-Class project. A lead design engineer specialising in 3D concept development, his natural ability and attention to detail are highly valued. Tom loves time outdoors, especially sailing, when not at the drawing board.
